10k Race – Dexter to Ann Arbor (6/1/08)

Ran my first 10k, the Dexter-Ann Arbor Run and it was fantastic. I finished in 42:33 and placed 35/1391 people. The hill at the end coming up maple was a killer to my total time as I completely dropped speed. I thought I had saved enough but it turns out ...

Afternoon: Biked to YMCA. Swimming: 250 warm up 10 x 50's on the 45 - med/hard Warm down I felt well, was rushed for time though. Night: Run - 6 miles - ~45:00 minutes cruising
