Workout - 5/20/08

Afternoon: Biked to and From YMCA.
Swam ~45 minutes.

  • 500 yard warmup
  • 10 x 50’s on the 45
  • 10 x 25’s spring half and cruise in
  • 5 x 25’s fly
  • 200 year warm down

I felt a bit weak near the end, and weak overall.

Night: Ran 5 miles (7 miles total with warm down + warmup) in 37:50
I felt very strong and cruised without being out of breath.
